The app was commissioned by the Municipality of Amsterdam. The app enables employees to report defects in the public space in an accessible way. They can easily send a photo of the situation. After this, the control room will pass this on to the various teams on the street. The idea behind this initiative is that the 10,000 civil servants want the city to be clean before citizens are bothered by it.
