The app enables the tenant to report defects in the home in an accessible way and to easily send a photo of the situation. Reports can also be made outside the homes and in the neighborhood.
Caretakers or craftsmen can pass on liveability reports. The system ensures that the notification ends up in the correct mailbox through a link with the primary system and can provide feedback to the users of the app.
